At Groundies, we want you to feel the earth beneath your feet with complete confidence. If your barefoot shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
